Seam-free lightweight dress socks have been designed for people with insensate or diabetic feet. Featuring a non-restrictive and non-ribbed top, with a completely seamless toe area. A flat-knit sock with full heel and toe, the sock is thin with a cotton interior and nylon exterior to help reduce frictional forces encountered with in the shoe.

Extra-wide available for people with severe edema.
