Ideally you should be fitted for Beats by a trained professional Pedorthist or Orthotist like Randy in the testimonial below. To find one near you please "Chat with us Now" or call 800 750 6729. If we do not have s stockist near where you live we can offer a free consultation on which Beats would work best for you.
The Beats Orthotic System by Pedors is Outstanding in promoting good foot health and function. The Beats Orthotic System is firm in the midfoot promoting better stability, especially for those activities requiring more lateral movements. The midfoot firmness is evenly distributed into the medial arch providing a more aggressive support from rear foot to forefoot. Most of the OTC inserts I see are too aggressive in the rear foot, leaving the front of the medial arch exposed and unsupported. The metatarsal pad is placed perfectly in conjunction with the medial arch support. None of my customers have had the "marble" or "rock" feeling under the forefoot like most OTC inserts that have the metatarsal pad placed too far forward. Many customers have experienced immediate relief for their forefoot conditions like metatarsalgia and neuromas as well as rear foot issues like Plantar Faciitis. I am very happy that I brought the Beats Orthotic System by Pedors into my Pedorthic Facility and so are my Customers! Randy Sparks, CPED, Roswell GA
The Beats Orthotic System was developed as a result of many of our customers seeking guidance on what type of orthotic could work best for their particular foot problem. Sometimes a relatively expensive custom foot orthotic is the only way a particular issue can be addressed. Orthotics are designed to make your feet feel comfortable and to manage specific foot types and symptoms, prevent foot pain and help to properly align your body. It’s easy to understand how important it must be to ensure that your body weight and the forces upon your feet are equally distributed to avoid excess pressure or forces that can cause pain and to avoid causing musculoskeletal disorders.
The Beats Orthotic System offers an "off the shelf" solution that can often provide the pain relief that is needed without going to the expense of customized orthotics. Beats can fit into and be worn with most footwear. It’s always recommended that where possible you consult with medical team to ensure that the device you are using is the correct one to address your needs.
As with our many of our other products, our off the shelf orthotic program helps “beat” the pain our customers suffer with their feet with an effective and affordable product manufactured to the highest standards utilizing the very latest material technologies available. We are so confident you’ll like them that, just as with any other Pedors product, we stand behind Beats with our satisfaction guarantee.
Each pair of Beats orthotics features specially layered tri density bamboo charcoal foams to maximize both shock absorption and cushioning. Bamboo charcoal manages to control moisture, odor and bacteria present in the foot.
Beats are shaped to contour to your feet to optimize comfort with a polyester top cover designed to reduce friction and wick away moisture. The combination of cork and rubber in the arch molds to your feet to ensure both maximum comfort and support. Beats are designed to provide both stability and support in the heel considered important in ankle stability to promote balance and help reduce the risk of a fall.
Beats are available in four different modalities, neutral, neutral with metatarsal pad, posted heel, and posted heel with a metatarsal pad.
Neutral Heel: The heel is cupped in a neutral position with an arch designed to support medium to high arch feet. The forefoot is also neutral without any metatarsal support. This orthotic set up is preferred for people that need additional arch support and where plantar fasciitis is often the cause of foot pain.
Neutral Heel with Met Pad: The addition of a metatarsal pad supports and redistributes weight away from the metatarsal bones and joints of the ball of the foot. Metatarsalgia is usually due to the presence of excessive pressure over a prolonged period of time in this area of the foot often associated with foot pain as a result of standing and walking on hard unyeilding surfaces or while wearing certain styles of shoes with limited cushioning in the ball of foot area. Often pains symptoms are a result of worn out footwear where the cushioning in a shoe or insert is worn out.
Posted Heel: The pes planus foot commonly known as flat foot where the lowered arch is a function of pronation. The development of bunions, hallux valgus, hammertoes, heel, knee, hip and lower back pain have been attributed to flat foot. Rear foot posts are applied on the medial side and helps move the calcaneus from an everted or valgus position to a neutral or varus postition to counter pronation and help balance the rear foot. This device is recommended for flat or low arch feet where ball of foot pain is not present.
Posted Heel with Met Pad: The heal is “posted” with a wedge on the “medial” or inside part of the device to counter pronation and help balance the rear foot. A metatarsal pad is also added to help re-distribute weight away from the metatarsal area where ball of foot pain is present.

These really make the biggest difference in my day and help a ton! On average we walk about 11 miles a day. So to have some good support on my feet changes everything.

I purchased the beats orthotics for my fallen arches and can't believe how comfortable they feel. It took a couple of weeks before they felt just right, but now I feel like they are as comfortable as my $200 custom orthotics. I will probably purchase another pair to put in my other sneakers. I would recommend trying these for heel or arch pain before spending 4 times the money on custom orthotics.
