We strive to ship all orders the next work day after the order is placed. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will process and ship on Monday.
If you notice that your order has not shipped on time, please let us know at support@pedors.com and we will get right back to you with an update.
If your order is shipping to an address in the USA, you can select FREE USA shipping during checkout. You can select to have your order shipped UPS or USPS. Your order should arrive within 5 working days AFTER the date of purchase.
Are you in the USA and need to return something? Don't worry we have you covered, for free. If you are returning for a refund or an exchange, it is FREE shipping all the way, either USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
Please ensure your items are repackaged neatly in their original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Put the attached label on the outside of the shipping box. For incomplete or damaged shoe-box returns, a $20 re-boxing fee may be assessed.
You may return undamaged items that are in new, unused condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping costs either if you want to exchange for something else or simply get 100% money back, no questions asked. We actively encourage you to try any product on the site in your home. Provided the shoes were worn inside and are in as new condition they can be returned. If they appear worn or dirty, we will not be able to issue a credit or refund.
If the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a full, 100% refund.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available when needed. There is an additional cost for this service depending on how quickly you require your order.
Expedited orders will ship the following business day using the level of service you select.
Please note: UPS does not count weekend days when calculating delivery times.
Next Day Air Examples
- Ordered Wednesday — ships Thursday — delivered Friday.
- Ordered Thursday — ships Friday — delivered Monday.
2 Day Air Examples
- Ordered Wednesday — ships Thursday — delivered Monday.
- Ordered Thursday — ships Friday — delivered Tuesday.
USPS Priority Mail
USPS Priority Mail is a more affordable expedited shipping option that can often save money and may include Saturday delivery.
Please note that USPS Priority Mail delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Emergency Shipments
If you have an emergency shipment that requires personal attention, please call 800-750-6729.
We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and, where possible, get your order shipped the same day using Next Day Air.
An example of an emergency shipment might be an order placed on Thursday for shoes needed by someone leaving the hospital on Friday. We kindly ask that this service be used only when genuinely needed.
Canada Shipping
Duties & Taxes Prepaid
Shipping to Canada is $69 for the first pair, including duties and taxes.
Additional pairs ship for just $20 each.
All duties and taxes are prepaid, so there will be no additional import charges to pay when your order arrives.
This means you know the full cost of your order at checkout, with no surprise charges upon delivery.
International Shipping
$129 International Delivery — Duties & Import Fees Covered
International delivery outside the USA and Canada is $129 for the first pair.
Additional pairs ship for just $20 each.
We want international customers to know exactly what their Pedors will cost without worrying about unexpected charges when their order arrives.
Pedors covers duties and import fees.
In most cases, your order should arrive without anything additional to pay. If you are asked to pay a customs duty, import tax or other import fee before receiving your order, please pay the charge and keep your receipt.
Send the receipt to Pedors and we will reimburse you for the charge.
That's our No Surprise Import Fees Guarantee: the $129 international delivery charge is the most you'll pay for delivery, duties and normal import fees.
International Returns & Exchanges
International Pedors.com orders, including orders shipped to Canada, may be returned within 90 days of the original order delivery date.

Do I Get a Free Exchange?
Unfortunately, due to the costs involved with international shipping, duties and import fees, we are unable to offer free exchanges on international orders.
This policy also applies to orders shipped to Canada.
