Orders shipped within US are eligible for FREE return shipping.

 IMPORTANT: Email Label Delivery

You will receive an email from one of our cusotmer service reps with the UPS Return label attached, so please keep an eye out for it.  It will arrive within 5-6 hours after the request is made.

a) the item(s) you are returning
b) if you want a refund or an exchange for each item
c) if you are exchanging, what you want to exchange that item for including sizing and width information.

Quickest Method (online)
Simply fill out the form below with as much information as you have (don't worry if you don't have it all). Please indicate which item(s) from your order your are returning.

If you are wanting to exchange an item, please also tell us that information in the form below.

You will receive an email from O'Hare Marketing with link inside for you to retrieve the shipping label.  Print off the label and affix it to the shipping carton and either give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at your nearest UPS shipping point.

Once we receive your return we will either issue a refund or exchange the shoes based on your request.

If you prefer you can email your return request to returns@pedors.com with your order# and a note of the items you wish to return and any exchange instructions.

Slower Method (phone and email label)
Call 800 750 6729 during 9:00 - 17:00. Monday through Friday.  You will need to tell the operator your name, order number and items you wish to return and any exchange instructions.

You will receive an email from O'Hare Marketing with link inside for you to retrieve the shipping label.  Print off the label and affix it to the shipping carton and either give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at your nearest UPS shipping point.

Slowest Method (email / phone and mail label)
If you need a printed return label mailed to you, please fill out the form below, or email returns@pedors.com, or call 800 750 6729 and let us know that you want to make a return and have the label mailed to you.

You will need to let us know your name, order number and items you wish to return and any exchange instructions.

When your label arrives in the mail affix it to the shipping carton and either give the package to your UPS driver or drop off at your nearest UPS shipping point.

Returns Policy
You may return undamaged items that are in new, unused condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping costs if you want to exchange for something else or simply get 100% money back, no questions asked.  We actively encourage you to try any product on the site.  If the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a full, 100% refund.

Refunds
You should expect to receive your refund within ten days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.  If you do not receive your refund within that time please use the form below or email returns@pedors.com and request an update.

I am returning something from outside the USA
For international returns, please fill out the form below.  We will send you a return number to include on the outside of the shipping carton. Important: Do not return an item without letting us know first.  Including the return number (for international returns only) is very important.
