We strive to ship all orders the next work day after the order is placed. Orders placed on a Saturday or Sunday will process and ship on Monday.

If your order is shipping to an address in the USA, you can select FREE 3DAY shipping during checkout. You can select to have your order shipped UPS or USPS.
Are you in the USA and need to return something? Don't worry we have you covered, for free. If you are returning for a refund or an exchange, it is FREE shipping all the way, either USPS Priority or UPS Ground.
Please ensure your items are repackaged neatly in their original packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Put the attached label on the outside of the shipping box. For incomplete or damaged shoe-box returns, a $20 re-boxing fee may be assessed.
You may return undamaged items that are in new, unused condition within 90 days of delivery for a full refund. We pay the return shipping costs either if you want to exchange for something else or simply get 100% money back, no questions asked. We actively encourage you to try any product on the site in your home. Provided the shoes were worn inside and are in as new condition they can be returned. If they appear worn or dirty, we will not be able to issue a credit or refund.
If the product does not meet your expectations we will gladly issue you a full, 100% refund.

Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is available when needed. Please note that there is an additional cost for this service dependent upon how quickly you require your order.
Expedited orders will ship the following work day at the level of service you require.
Please note UPS does not count weekend days when calculating delivery times.
Next Day Air Examples
• Ordered on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday, delivered on Friday.
• Ordered on Thursday, shipped on Friday, delivered on Monday.
2 Day Air Examples
• Ordered on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday, delivered on Monday.
• Ordered on Thursday, shipped on Friday, delivered on Tuesday.
USPS Priority service is a more affordable expedited shipping option that can often save money and may deliver on Saturdays. However it should be noted that the service level is not guaranteed by the US Mail.
Emergency Shipments
If you have an emergency shipment that needs personal attention please call 800 750 6729. We will make every effort to accommodate your needs and get the order shipped the same day Next Day Air. An example of an emergency shipment might be that it is Thursday and you need shoes for yourself or a relative leaving hospital on Friday. Please use this service appropriately.

Pedors.com is pleased to ship worldwide through UPS / DHL - with duties & taxes prepaid.
Extra Canadian Option: Also, we now offer a Flat Rate $49 option to ship via USPS + Canada Post. This option DOES NOT include duties & taxes and you MAY have to pay those at time of delivery.

Unfortunately due to the costs involved with shipping and duties we can't offer that service to international customers. This policy applies to Canadian shoppers too.
