Support, Stability, and Pressure Relief
The Genext Active orthotic is designed to help reduce strain on your feet by improving alignment, stability, and pressure distribution during walking and standing.
Inside the orthotic is a supportive cork and rubber shell that helps guide foot movement, combined with cushioning layers that absorb impact and improve comfort.
- Support shell: cork and rubber structure for stability and alignment
- Base layer: tri-density foam for cushioning and shock absorption
- Top cover: soft, suede-like polyester that feels comfortable and helps wick away moisture
Unlike gel inserts, which often mask discomfort, functional orthotics like Genext are designed to help control foot movement and reduce the underlying causes of pain.
With better stability comes greater confidence, and with improved alignment comes less strain on the heel, arch, and forefoot. Many customers notice the difference as soon as they start walking.
Simply remove your existing insole and replace it with Genext. The front can be trimmed if needed using your original insole as a guide.

The Genext Active is our fuller, more supportive orthotic. If your shoes do not have enough internal space to accommodate it comfortably, the Genext Low Profile offers the same core support in a slimmer design.
