Genext Low Profile Orthotics For Plantar Fasciitis, Metatarsalgia and Fallen Arches
The Genext Low Profile Orthotic has been designed with a lower profile to fit into almost any dress or casual wear shoe.
- Uses the same Genext Cork & Rubber shell as the Genext Active Orthotic to provide the basis for orthotic support.
- Uses a memory foam upper to give the arch a soft and more cushioned feel when worn.
- Thermoplastic TPU base layer provides durablilty and superior support.

Met Pad Option Available
The Dress Orthotic is available in both Men’s and Women’s sizes with a neutral heel cup for rear foot stability and either with or without a metatarsal pad in the forefoot to help with pain associated with metatarsalgia. Metatarsalgia, is a throbbing pain beneath the balls of the feet. This met pad sits slightly behind the metatarsal heads which relieves pressure and therefore pain. Gel inserts may be able to mask some of this pain but for true relief you need to relieve pressure. We have a page dedicated to discussing Metatarsalgia (ball of foot pain).
Can I machine wash them?
No.
How long do they last?
If you wear your Genext Low Profile Orthotics all day, everyday, they will last around six months. Most customers buy a few pairs to put into their various styles of shoe that they wear frequently. Of course, doing this greatly extends the life of the orthotic.
