Support and Stability in a Lower Profile

The Genext Low Profile Orthotic is designed to deliver structured support in a slimmer format, making it suitable for dress shoes, casual footwear, and other shoes with less internal space.

It uses the same proven Genext cork and rubber support shell as the Genext Active Orthotic, providing a stable foundation to help improve alignment and reduce strain on the feet.

• Support shell: cork and rubber structure for stability and alignment
• Top layer: memory foam for a softer, cushioned feel under the arch
• Base layer: thermoplastic TPU for durability and long-term support
• Fit: available in both men’s and women’s lasts

The orthotic features a neutral heel cup for rear foot stability and can be ordered with or without a metatarsal pad. The met pad sits just behind the metatarsal heads to help relieve pressure associated with ball-of-foot pain (metatarsalgia).

Unlike gel inserts, which often cushion without addressing the cause of discomfort, functional orthotics like Genext are designed to improve foot function and reduce pressure at the source.

Simply remove your existing insole and replace it with Genext. The front can be trimmed if needed using your original insole as a guide.

If worn daily, most orthotics will last around six months. Many customers choose to keep multiple pairs for different shoes, which helps extend their lifespan.
