At Pedors, we focus on two core options that cover most needs: a supportive orthotic for plantar fasciitis, heel pain and metatarsalgia, and an accommodating insert that works well for diabetic feet and fallen arches.

If you are mainly dealing with heel pain, arch pain or ball-of-foot pain, you will usually start with the Genext Active “Beats” orthotic. If you need something more accommodating for sensitive or diabetic feet, or for pes planus (fallen arches), you may prefer the Pedors 3P Insert.
