Many customers have one foot that needs a different fit than the other, especially when swelling, sensitivity, or uneven sizing is involved.
Instead of forcing you to buy shoes that do not fit properly, we offer a simple solution.
Here is how it works:
- Need a single shoe? We ship a full pair (to keep sizing and exchanges simple), but we offer a discount so you can keep the shoe you need.
- Need a mis-mate pair? Order two pairs of the same style in the sizes you need, and we will provide a discount on both pairs.
- Many customers choose to donate the extra shoe(s) to a local charity, nursing home, or community organization.
