Depending on the sales volume on any given day, orders are normally processed for shipment the next work day. While every effort is made to update the tracking information for each order to the web site as soon as it ships, this can take an additional 24 hours
Depending on what part of the country in which you live, delivery times can take up to 8 - 10 business days. If you have not received your order within 14 days and there is no tracking available on the site please do call 1-800-750-6729 in case there has been a delay of some sort.
