After you have received the shoes and you are happy that the shoe you need fits well and you are going to keep it, send us an email to: support@pedors.com requesting a return label for your single shoe return. We will email a label to you. Please send the entire package back to us with the unneeded shoe in its shoe box, placing the label on the outside of the shipping box.
If the shoe doesn’t fit and you want to exchange the pair for a different size, or if you just want to return for a refund at this point, you will need to fill out the normal return form here.
One the exchanged pair comes back to you and the shoes fit, then send us an email to: support@pedors.com requesting a return label for your single shoe return.
We will process your refund when we receive the shoe back.
