Please carefully read the following Terms of Use and Disclaimer before using the Pedors.com Web site. By using our Web site, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, you may not use this site. These Terms of Use expressly incorporate by reference and include the Pedors.com privacy policy any guidelines, rules or disclaimers that may be posted and updated on specific Pedors.com Web Pages or on notices that are sent to you. Pedors.com reserves the right, at any time, to modify, alter or update these Terms of Use, and you agree to be bound by such modifications, alterations or updates.
I. ORDERING PRODUCTS THROUGH PEDORS.COM
Fulfillment/Shipping:
Pedors.com orders are shipped directly from the Marietta Georgia warehouse location where professionally trained staff members handle every transaction personally. This ensures quicker delivery and lower shipping charges. Actual delivery times may vary depending on ship-to locations. When estimating package delivery time, please allow for credit approval, address verification, stock availability and order processing.
For all orders shipped outside of the USA, the receiver is responsible for any and all local duty charges and taxes that may apply.
Payment/Ordering:
We gladly accept all major credit cards, Amex, Visa, Master Card & Discover. Availability of these payment methods depends upon the manner in which the Customer places an order, as described more fully below.
Ordering By Phone: Please call 1 (800) 750-6729 or local (770) 218-7414 to order by phone. Please have all of your credit card and ordering information handy when calling so that we may offer you prompt service.
Ordering By Mail: Please mail in your order form to our main office at the address below with your check or money order. Click here for the order form. If you are paying by credit card, please remember to fill in your account number, card member signature and credit card expiration date. We cannot process your order without this information. Please be sure to include your phone number in case there is a problem with your order.
Ordering Through the Pedors.com Store: Please remember to fill in all the required fields when ordering via the Pedors.com Store order form. We use SSL encryption between your browser and our server, and between our servers and our office to retrieve and process orders. We accept on-line orders 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Orders received by 3 p.m. Eastern time Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped that day. Order received after 3 p.m. and on weekends will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Pedors.com reserves the right to refund monies paid and cancel any orders it desires.
Warranty/Returns:
Pedors Shoes come with a 100% satisfaction Guarantee. If for any reason you are not happy with your shoes upon receiving them, please feel free to return them. Pedors also warrants against manufacturer's defect for a period up to 6 months after purchase.
While we strive to make a durable, lasting shoes, wear and tear will naturally degrade parts of the shoe, and is not covered by Pedors warranty.
Your return shipment should include:
- A Package Carton
- A Return Label
- Shoe Box - Containing:
- Shoes
- Wash Bag (if originally provided).
- Packaging Paper
By returning your Pedors purchases and all packaging you will receive a full refund of the purchase price of the item(s). Our recommendation is that you hold on to everything that you received until you have walked in our shoes a few days. If then you decide you are unhappy, just repackage the shoes in the shipping materials your received them in.
For customers in the United States (excluding Alaska and Hawaii): Place the Return Label over the existing label. Finally, drop off the package to UPS. Our Returns department will process the shoes and as long as they are in good condition and all the packaging is with the shoes, you will receive a full refund promptly.
For International, Alaska and Hawaii customers: Customers outside the US must arrange return shipping themselves.
We are restricted from accepting socks for return if they have been worn. Any socks that are new, unused, and in their original banding will gladly be accepted for return.
Backorders
While Pedors holds a large inventory of shoes at all times, some models or sizes may become unavailable from time to time. While we always try to keep popular sizes in stock, sometimes items must be backordered. In the event that an item you have selected is on backorder, a customer service representative may contact you. You may still proceed through checkout with such items, and they will be delivered to you as soon as the item is received by us.
To inquire about a backordered item, or any order through Pedors.com, please contact sales or customer service through any of the methods available on the contact page.
